The Frequency Lab was founded with the awareness that everything is made of a collective of frequencies vibrating together. We have the power to align to the frequency we desire- our Truth, Love, Joy and Beauty. This space is a sanctuary for one to come home to their higher self. This is a place to heal, liberate, expand, transform, create, connect, cultivate, integrate and embody your highest and most authentic frequency! Embody the change you wish to see in the world.

This event space is a temple, decorated in art, equipped with couches to create a lounge and chill atmosphere. We have a mini fridge and freezer, espresso machine, blender, large sink, and  full bathroom. We also have a DJ LED stage art/booth, surround sound, projector, 16ft screen, QSC speakers,  fold up tables and chairs.

 There is space for 20 yoga mats/ chairs for classes/workshops and up to 60 guests for events.
